What would happen if today’s leaders in the regeneration movement were granted unlimited financial, governmental, and military resources overnight. Who would we need to become? What internal and external transformations would be required for leaders and citizens alike to achieve this regenerative future? These critical questions will shape an innovative and experimental workshop co-led by Syllble Founder Fabrice J. Guerrier and Regenerative Leader Bristol Baughan. The event is part of the Anticipation Conference 2024, held at Lancaster University from September 10 to 14 in the UK.
The workshop, led by the Regenerative Worldbuilding Collective from Syllble Studios in collaboration with Dot Connector Studios, will explore the intersection of science fiction, futures, regeneration, and personal transformation. The goal is to create a Storybible for a unique world from which transmedia stories will emerge.
“This workshop aims to inspire deep reflection on how our world can evolve when the most visionary leaders are empowered to reshape the systems around them,” said Fabrice J. Guerrier, co-founder of the Collective and leader in collaborative worldbuilding.
Guerrier and Baughan, along with collaborators Jessica Clark, Evan Walsh from Dot Connect Studio and Rob Sinclair have carefully crafted this experience to push the boundaries of imagination and action. By integrating speculative fiction with regenerative thought, they aim to create new pathways for global transformation.
Anticipation 2024 is a one-of-a-kind, interdisciplinary conference exploring how ideas about the future shape present-day actions. With a focus on collaboration, this workshop offers participants the opportunity to engage deeply in the concepts of regeneration, leadership, and worldbuilding.
More workshops are planned as part of an ongoing effort to foster connections between regenerative thinkers and visionary storytellers. Those interested in joining future events or learning more are encouraged to reach out directly: https://syllble.com/regenerative/
